From callers: When a caller contacts a business using CallCatch AI, we collect the caller's name, phone number, service address, and details about their service request. This information is provided voluntarily by the caller during the call.
From website visitors: We collect contact form submissions including name, email address, and business information when you request a demo or contact us.
Automatically: We collect standard web analytics data via Google Analytics.
Caller information is used solely to: (a) book service appointments on behalf of the business being called, (b) send appointment confirmation SMS messages to the caller, and (c) notify the business owner of new leads. We do not use caller information for marketing purposes.
By providing a phone number and completing a booking through a CallCatch AI-powered phone agent, callers consent to receive a one-time appointment confirmation SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: one message per appointment booked. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share caller information only with the specific home service business that the caller contacted. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with any other third parties except as required by law. Service providers include: Vapi.ai, Twilio, Google Sheets, and Make.com.
Caller lead information is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

These Terms of Service govern your use of CallCatch AI's services and website at callcatchai.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
CallCatch AI provides AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking agents for home service businesses. The service answers inbound calls, collects caller information, books appointments, and sends notifications on behalf of subscribing businesses.
Home service businesses ("Clients") may subscribe to CallCatch AI on a monthly basis. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding. CallCatch AI is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
By calling a business that uses CallCatch AI and completing a booking, callers consent to receive a one-time appointment confirmation SMS. Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Clients may not use CallCatch AI for unlawful purposes or to deceive callers in harmful ways. CallCatch AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CallCatch AI is not liable for missed calls or lost business resulting from service outages or third-party platform failures.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Clients may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Free pilot periods are offered at CallCatch AI's discretion. No charges apply unless the Client explicitly agrees to a paid subscription.
CallCatch AI's liability to any Client is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
